When I'm on a conference call with my team in the other state, the weather will often come up. As a rule of thumb, I try to play down how good our weather is relative to theirs by saying things like, "It's partly cloudly."
This is my definition of partly cloudy.
I can be a little mean sometimes, but I try to do it in the nicest way possible.
